I watch the MotoGP it is my favorite form of racing. I like racing in general (Formula 1, NASCAR, NHRA, etc.) but I have to say MotoGP is the best. The races are usually very tight, and the action is intense. The pilots are riding very close to each other leaning their machines, and they race in rain and sun. A race in the rain is very thrilling, it seems that any moment a rider could slide into another. It is a terrific sport. As for Riders. I like the great Rossi best, but also appreciate Kenny Roberts (former champion) and Tony Elias - new comer. Good thing for 2007 an extra race was added! yeah!!! The next season will begin in March 2007, enjoy!!!

Well, this is a motor bike competition, a speed one and not an endurance. There are 17 races in a season. The competition is for professionals that r riding on a bike of one of the following ranks: 125 cmc (cube centimeters), 250 cmc and 500 cmc. The 500 cmc is also called the queen class or the Moto GP. Also Moto GP stands for Moto Grand Prix.
This competition is better than Formula 1 - my opinion of course.
The guy I was asking of, Valentino Rossi, is the former champion. He was champion 7 years in a row. This year champion became Nicky Hayden, American rider.
US has also it's own circuit, at Laguna Seca (CA).
