I was curious about how others grill. This summer we have started grilling for more then one meal. For instance, tonight hubby is cooking: pork steak, BBQ chicken, Hamburgers & hot dogs, then we will eat on that for the weekend. I will just have to come up with side dishes. We do not usually do so much at one time, but usually enough stuff for a couple of nights.
Does anyone else grill for multiple meals at a time? We used to have a gas grill, but went back to good ole charcoal-better taste.

W usually just grill ours one meal at a time. Sometimes if we have leftovers we eat the grilled meats for a second dinner or lunch. I like charcoal taste but do not want to
mess with the coals. I think charcoal has too many carciongens anyway. sorry to ruin your apetite!

We're only two people, so we tend to have leftovers after every meal. Grill nights we have, usually, a little less leftover because I package grill food for one meal before it goes in the freezer.

we just cook for the night we are eating. we grill all year long though. its quite a sight to see my husband out there in his winter coat flipping the steaks. we've been grilling out a lot more this year. he is a whiz on the grill. i used to hate eating any kind of meat on the grill because it was always too dry. he makes it so good and it stays juicy. we have a gas grill.

Wow! That is a lot of meat.
Most times, meats are just the
condiment to our meal.
Unless, it's chicken night then
we splurge.
I use an indoor grill, the George
Foreman grill and it works fine
to make healthy meals.
