it's difficult to lose weight and easy to gain

whew! exercising is fun.....but i don't have time for it since i'm working. it has been a struggle for me to lose that weight. i remembered before i got married , i get to do aerobics 3x a week and i weigh in at 127 lbs. but now , o my..... i gained 15 lbs. everytime i go to the scales, nothing has changed and it's really disappointing! friends have recommended even yoga bec it worked for her. well i think my metabolism is getting slower now. better start shaping up before it's too late. i know i share this sentiment with a lot of mothers. but girls, we know that we can make it, so we better get started and zip this mouth when we see food paraded before our eyes. i know.....self control is needed. have to motivate ourself, to be in shape and be able to get back into that tight fit dress we all dream of. get it on!!

OMg!!ive been doing this also to lose weight but how can i possibly lose when i am not doing this regularly??..Oh..i dont have much time to do that..Another thing is..instead to lose weight i think ive been gaining more weights..see how hard for me..Eating was become my way to cure depression..haha..i dont know eveytime im sad & have some problems i'll go get some food to eat..oh my god..so then..im trying not to be like that so i can wear some pretty dress that fits on me..^_^
