water is all around us, it's healthy to drink 3 liters or more a day , but better get those tissues ready for the bathroom , lol . info has it that drinking water as soon as you get up for a few weeks to a month or even everyday is beneficial. it can regulate bowel movement, start metabolism, hydration for sure that i know and awakens you. no harm in doing it.
but what about becoming bloated? anyway, when a person gets headaches, water is the solution. hoooooo, the drug companies would not like that.

for me, i believe drinking water can make me comfortable when i get a fever sometimes. or even when i feel a little stomach-ache, i will drink some hot water firstly. if you do not feel seriously sick, drinking hot (boiled) water will make you feel better.
aslo you can put a towl with hot water on your head or stomach when you feel a little sick. it works quite well. we normally use this way before we need to go to the hospital.

I never drink more than ten glasses a day and I never feel'
bloated either. Also I fail to see how water is going to helpo
a bad headache unless one takes some advil or tylenol with
the water.too much water is just as bad as too little so moderation is always the key.

I didnt know that water is good for headaches im going to try that i think. Yeah i find that when i drink heaps of water to try and be a bit more healthy i get bloated and cant stop running to the bathroom.
