I have prepared the recipe and uploaded into my blog. The Vinegar Egg has many benefits. It alleviates asthma, rheumatism and reduces blood pressure. It also helps in slimming and beautifies the skin.

That sounds very interesting, it probably has a lot to do with the vinegar, I am a firm believer in apple cider vinegar, it is so very good for so many things, I have a whole book on what the benefits are so maybe all vinegars are good and putting it with an egg, I guess that is good too....

Care to share some recipes of how to make healthy food with apple cider vinegars? I think that would help us a lot!
Anyway, the rice vinegar acts on the shell of the egg, making it soft for human to digest and absorb the nutrients trapped within.

There not so much recipes as remedies, I took apple cider vinegar for years so I didn't get migraines, as long as I took just a little in water each morning i never got migraines...
