Camphor Spirit is very inexpensive and works well. Wipe it on wherever you hurt or are stiff. Decongestant and expectorant help, too.

I have not tried acupuncture, but have an appointment for it on Nov. 14. I can't wait to see if it works and if so, how well it will do for me. My appointment isn't covered by insurance because it is part of a weekend away package, but the cost was only $45. I think my insurance will cover acupuncture, but only at certain clinics...I know they cover my chiropractic work and the massage therapy that is done at the chiro office.

I did try it and it did give temporary relief, but it did require weekly visits and taking some REALLY nasty herbs they gave too.

Ohhh..your going to love it so go try it! I have a friend that used me as a guinea kitty..LOL..when he was going to school to have this as his profession..I was poked everywhere..and it feels a bit like a tug when he inserted the needles but the affects are worth it!
