Have you ever encountered an officemate who thinks that she knows everything? She believes that she is always right and tells everyone that her mission in this world is to correct all that is not correct. She says that she has a very happy married life but that statement doesn't seem correct. Everyone thinks she is telling the opposite. She envies what others have. She has the tendency to compare herself with others. When she sees others happy she tries to make their life miserable by meddling into their work and even personal life. No matter how hard I try to avoid her but inasmuch as our workplace is a small one, there is no way to really ignore her presence. What's the best way to deal with this kind of person? Thanks!!
