i am used to taking a nap at noon. every day when it comes to 1:00 pm, i begin to feel dizzy if i still working. but after a few minutes' sleep, i feel very refreshed.
how about you? do you take a nap at noon? if not, how do you handle working of the whole day

Taking nap in the afternoon is a pleasure that I don't have. I worked straight for 12 hours...no rest and that's very hard.

For me, this really depends how much sleep I got at night, and what time I woke up. Sometime I don't even get to sleep till 4-8am! On those days I am sometimes asleep most the day. But when I do manage to get to sleep somewhat early, I wake up between 4-8am and then by 11-2 I start to get really tired and usually need a nap. Sometimes I go ahead and nap, but sometimes I don't get it. But I do get cranky and sometimes dizzy if I don't get to nap.

Sometimes I do if I had a busy morning I will take an afternoon nap. But if I had a good night's sleep, I will find something to do in the afternoon such as being on MYLot or cleaning.

but what about the office goers?
well i have seen some people rather elderly who take their nap in the office chairs itself.
