Which antivirus...?

Hello friends
When i am using Yahoo Messenger than Mouse is automatically open and sending message automatically. I know it is affected by virus but i dont know which type of virus that is and which one is better antivirus for this virus?do you have any idea..please share.

I'm using Mcafee Total Protection 2008.Try it or tell me if you need it.
