What meds can I take while breastfeeding??

My allergies are really bad this year and I really need to take something for it. My doctor gave me a prescription for alegra D but he said not to fill it until he talks to my son's dr. He was suppose to get back to me yesterday but never did. I'm in sooooooooooooo much pain. What allergy meds are safe to take that won't decrease your milk supply? Benadryl? Tylenol sinus? For pain meds what can you take? I know Tylenol is safe but what others? Prescription pain meds? I have been trying to find a website that states what you can have but haven't had any luck so wanted to give this one a try.
