Is Salad a part of the meal everyday or weekly once or monthly once?

Yes, I have preffered mixed froot salad everyday for better health because it gives around 100 calories energy but in middle class families they have to take salad weekly once must. In the same way somebody should take monthly once. It gives freshness and fairness for that humanbeing. Theese statements are write or wrong discuss with us.

Oh, yes, I usually eat a spinach salad just about every day. But, my salad is more like a meal with meat and other things in it. So, it's more than 100 calories. I sometimes eat a side salad, but I eat mostly vegetables anyway. I think people should eat leafy green vegetables everyday.

Likewise you have your dinner daily, you also must have salad daily. You need freshness daily not weekly or monthly, what say? I take salad daily, it is much more good for health. I also suggest you to take salad as everyday meal. It helps to develop your stamina and thinking capacity. GO for salad daily... you'll be intelligent

I like salad but I might eat it just once a week. Salads are good for you, but our veggies are so expensive right now.

My family generally has salad every day at dinner, but if we don't, we have some other vegetable. Always, no questions, period. Sometimes we even have both. But you can never get away with not eating a fair amount of a vegetable at dinner in my house.

While we try to have salad everyday ; we at least try to have it after 1 day .Sometimes ;we do have it everyday .

Hey i think salads should be a part of your daily meals. there are times when i dont bother making ant=ything to eat but i just have a bowl of salad and thats great.

I try to eat salad at least once or twice a week at minimum as well as have fruit smoothies a few times a week. My favorite smoothie is blueberry-banana. So good and so healthful as well! I generally have a good diet anyway since I am vegetarian: Lots of fiber, veggies, and fruits and not too much fat.

I usually eat a salad every other day if not every day. We eat it as a little side course for our dinner. They are very healthy for you.

salads are definately a must for everyone in their daily routine. i try to include fruits and salads everyday in my diet and prefeerably in the morning. if possible try to include the same during afternoon meal as that would be ideal.
