Do the dreams mean anything?

Dreams are your conscious mind speaking to you,that's what my mom has always told me.Each dreams always had a special meaning to me

I think dreams are inner most thoughts . if we have something on the mind we will usually dream about it in some way , or some form . My mom used to say if you have someone on your mind you will usually dream about them , and most times that is true for me. When you wanna dream something is when you dont too sometimes . It all depends.

For myself I have noticed over the years if I dream about snakes, I can usually look for some kind of trouble or problem to come against me within a few days. What really gets me is if I'm about to fall asleep and there is suddenly an image of a snake that just flashes into my mind's eye while I'm still awake. Then I know to be on the lookout. If I have actually seen a snake, and we have a lot of them around here, or I see something on tv. I will sometimes dream about them, but I don't think anything about it. It's when I dream about them for no reason. Years ago believe it or not, just before some kind of real trouble would come my way I would dream about tornados.
