My Adobe Photoshop Won't Open!

help me. my photoshop won't open. when i tried open it, it show the splash screen, loading, initializing, and then back to the desktop! my computer is 2gb ram, 40gb of free space, windows xp pro sp2.

Do you have enough free space on C:\ (the system part from hard drive)
Have you tried reinstalling it?
If you are using portable version + windows 7 that causes it.
