Everyday people are reporting their wonderful experiences with Yoga, the transformation of being, taking you beyond the here and now. In Yoga, people get to practice a number of things, some Yoga poses (asanas) breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and chanting. In Yoga you get to learn basic terms like Mudras, Bandhas and Chakras. Best of all, Yoga is fun and relaxing while, at the same time, being delectably challenging to beginners...Yoga is a way of life. It is predominantly concerned with maintaining a state of equanimity at all costs... it is so easy that while working also i can do my pranayams..how many mylotters do Yoga? are u learning from an institute or school? have u experienced any changes since you started Yoga?

I have been practising Yoga for the past 10 years.I learnt it from a qualified instructor.I feel good.I have been able to maintain my weight.Yoga is a physical discipline. It uses the body and breathing to develop self awareness and mental clarity.
Yoga has both preventive and therapeutic cures over ailing body and mind
There are many benefits and I would like to share a few
1.Increases flexibility in muscles and various joints
2.improves heart condition
3.strengthens the spinal cord
4.recovers back aches
5.boost immune response
6.increases stamina
7.maintains blood pressure level
8.decreases cholestrol and diabetes
9.proper blood circulation
10.recovers breathing disorder
11.maintains a balance and grace all over

I know that yoga is energizing and a very good stress buster but I have not been able to start doing it still. Just no time because I spend a lot of hours travelling to and fro to work and have hardly any time at home.

Do yoga can train our soul and shape our body.
When I got pregrant, I did yoga for a few minutes everyday.
It can make me feel better.
Every morning, I wake up, I do meditate for 20 minutes( breathing and concentrate my present)
and do yoga for 10 minutes.
It's real help me for my daily work.

I used to do yoga at home withe the help of a video but I got bored after a few sessions. I know that yoga is really good for the body but I am not really that good when it comes to keeping an exercise schedule. Sigh...

I really do love yoga and have done it for many years on and off. I have maintained a great deal of flexibility and feel that I have alleviated some minor back problems from doing yoga.
Unfortunately, taking yoga classes in my area are not cheap and this is one reason why I haven't signed up for any yoga classes lately. I am hoping that I can sign up in the fall for one at an adult education program. This way I get to do yoga, without spending a fortune.

Hi nupats,
I does yoga every day without fail for an hour in the mornings. The experiences of yoga can't be explained and it has to be enjoyed. I assure every body that yoga provides a stressless life if practiced every day atleast for half-an-hour. To know about more on yoga, you can visit my blog http://splendorofyoga.blogspot.com
Good Luck.

I have never done with Yoga before. It sounds effective for our health, but is it true?
Actually, I think it's very good for us to have some exercises everyday, but not neccessary to do Yoga.
For me, Yoga seems not an easy exercise. It really need professions to guide you out.

I used to do Bikram's Yoga regularly, about three or four times a week. I loved it! However, I realize that this style of yoga may not be suited for everybody because the room is heated to about double room temperature, I think. It's like a sauna in the room. And as you hold your poses, your internal body temperature heats up even more until you can basically wring the sweat out of your towel at the end of the session. I love it though because I love the heat. And the poses can be as challenging or as easy as you want them to be. You just listen to your body. I don't do it so much anymore because there is no Bikram's studio where I am. There are a couple places that offer "Hot" Yoga but it's just not the same. I definitely became more flexible when I was doing yoga. I would love to start it up again.
