Just being a Newbie...

I didn't come here for money. Never heard of a site that pays you! I came here to talk and make (hopefully) friends. I love people and have the gift of gab due to my years of the job I had. I am a super listener and only give advice of things I know about. My daughter is also new here. She has come across some 'rude' comments made about NEWBIES. Weren't you ALL a Newbie at one time? I have had some nice people commenting on my subjects and just want to thank them. I have put in some friend request but nothing back. So....from one Newbie to another, WELCOME!

Really, oh so they were neighbors at one time. Where did they move to? I live in Queens and have lived my whole life here in NYC. I need to tie up some loose ends and then work on relocating out of here. It is just too expensive. I love this city with all my heart but it is not even living anymore, it more like surviving. It's just too much.

I've been here just 3 weeks and must confess to finding it a bit addictive (its actually 0:33am here right now!) I hope you and your daughter enjoy joining in the discussions. I guess the 'newbie' comments are a bit like people complaining about learner drivers - but, like you say, even the most seasoned veteran here was once a newbie.
