i am new to this. so tell me which one to opt? personal, premier or business? arethere any charges for using it. please help

If you set it up only for your earnings on this site, select personal. You will pay a fee for the premiere and business accounts. The personal account is free. You will need to check the account services though to see if Personal works for you. It works for me because I won't withdraw

You can opt Personal to start off. Paypal charges commission upto 5 tp 10 percent for its services.
