Just out of curiousity, can a person's paypal account still be debited if he got paid through paypal but his paypal account is in the list of countries that cannot withdraw money? I know that you can receive money if your account is in the list of countries that paypal allows withdrawal but I do not know if you can still have the money in your paypal account if you are in countries where paypal does not allow you to withdraw.
