Pimento cheese on wheat and an ice cold Coke Zero!

It is about 10 pm here and I was getting a bit hungry. I did not have lunch today, just an early dinner. I was looking in the fridge to see what sounded good and I found a big tub of pimento cheese staring at me. So, my snack choice was clear. Do you ever get a hankering for a snack and when you go looking one just jumps out at you? Oh, and do you like pimento cheese?

i love pimento cheese... i could stack at least 5 or 6 sandwiches with pimento cheese spread in the middle.. hehehe.. most of the time i like the homemade one.. some grated cheese, chopped pimentos then milk.. yummy...

I tried a recipe I found in a cook book, but it did not turn out all that great. I may try another one. I love the stuff, but it is not cheap.

You have just called out one of my favorite sandwich spreads, Pimento Cheese. Love it when I can buy some I do and its a great snack to eat when your not looking for a big meal. Just a snack, you hit it right on the nose.

It is good for a light snack. It is not too heavy.
