Sometimes I don't feel like I get a good night sleep because I dream too much. When I go to sleep at night its like I go to work living in this dream world. Worried about taking a test back in school, running from something, an old boyfriend, old job, etc etc. When I wake in the morning its like I have not had a good nights sleep due to these dreams making me stressed, worried, busy, etc. How do I get a good nights sleep and wake up rested and not tired from my dream world? lol

I've had this feeling too. My dreams are always weird. And then later on I find out that they were trying to tell me something. And I'm always placed in awkward or unfortunate situations. So nothing ever good comes from my dreams, but I always learn something later that waspresented to me as a clue. Weird, I know.

I'm like that too, i dream about different situations every night - sometime my dreams are weird - totally out of this world and sometimes while some of my dreams come true. For example, when i had a dream before about my car, then the next day my car broke down. i think that happened to me twice or thrice - every time i dream about my car, something happens to it the next day. there are times when i often dream about the ocean, swimming and kids, which according to dream interpreters symbolize my emotions or i'm seeking for some sort of emotional support

Some people just have more dreams than others. Are you still tired when you wake up? You should be still getting the same amount of rest, dreams or not.

Maybe you are too stressed out. Try to relax yourself, or have a glass of warm milk before you goes to bed. Hope this help.
