I'm using Kaspersky Internet Security 7 and based from my own experience it's effective. Killing viruses is a zap!. The protection rate is superb plus it has features that would protect you from the web's unknown threats.
My first Anti-Virus was ESET NOD32 Smart Security Business Edition and it sucked big time!. I got infected with a virus and a spyware!. I had to reformat my hard disk to completely eliminate those virus.
Next that i'd used was BitDefender Total Security 7 but i was not impressed by the protection features and felt that i was invulnerable by those viruses.
KASPERSKY is the best there is!

I've read a lot of reviews about Norton Products, it has a lot of negative comments about it but there were still positive things but mostly negative ones. I have a friend who uses Norton but i don't know the version said that it was "not bad". If you want to settle for the "best". Give Kaspersky Internet Security 7 a try.

I do not know what the best one is but I use NOD32. So far I am satisfied with its performance. I hope that helps.

Well my Buddy this is the question that is commonly encountered but i am not the supporter of any anti-virus nor an opposer of any anti-virus.
I have this feeling (i don't know quiet well wheather my thinking is correct or wrong)but i feel almost all ae the same but wiht minor differences and i feel that the best thing that you should do is to a original sofware and get it updated regularly and almost every anti-virus softwares works well.
Good Luck and Happy mYlottin.

I think it's bitdefender because as of now i haven't have a virus that im aware of! By the way i have used a lot of AV programs before like nod32 kaspersky symantec and pc cilin. And for me the best is bitdefender although it is a memory hog!
