Since it being a new job you really can't do too much. If you don't like smoking and they are doing it around you you can ask them if they would stop smoking around you but I highly doubt that they would stop since you are the new one on the block. I would suggest not be around them if you don't like smoking.

You can simply tell that you do not like smoking and you feel uncomfortable when someone smokes around you. You can also tell them politely that their smoking habit makes a bad impact on your health also and if they cannot get rid of their habit and they are very keen to smoke, they should go outside the office to smoke. Please express yourself politely and just assess their behaviour (if they are not nasty) before expressing your thoughts to them. If any of them is your senior, then do not get ahead with this suggestion, he may feel offended. Else, you can leave the place, when they starte smoking and if they ask you the reason for leaving the room, you can tell your apprehensions to them.

Tell him that you don't like to be a second hand smoker and you are concerned about how smoking can affect your health

Ignore them! You don't have to smoke to be with them if you don't want too... Since you are new to the job then just do your thing.

maybe you have to accept it at first since you are a new hand. and sometimes you have to ask for help from your colleagues. but after you have known each other and have a good relationship with them, then you can offer them advice. trust most of them will accept it. what's more, think other ways to try to help them to quit smoking.
