in public before theft ,what you do

suppose this, u r on a bus and u see a thief stealing a woman.what would you do?tell the woman or stay silent?suppose this as well,u got off another bus and u found ur wallet is stolen.will u be angry that sb must saw that but he even didn't say a word to u

I will of course tell that woman. And put that thief's face forward to the society. Those rascals must be prosecuted from the society. I know people will go against that thief. If i didn't stopped them then they'll continue to do so and one day same thing also may happen to me.. what say?
