I like my potatoes..there are so many ways to cook them.. and they are very healthy.lots of potassium.I often thought that if I was stuck on an island,and there was only one food I could choose to live on ...it would be potatoes. :)

Yes, mexican is my favorite too. I absolutely love tacos and burritos, especially with sour cream and chips and salsa. The combination of crunchy salty and spicy flavor is truly a party in my mouth. Some mexican restaurants F it up by putting strange sauces on it, but most of them are good and leave the food alone. Sour cream is my favorite topping.

I love mexican too, and japanese, and good old american too. I pretty much like any kind of food, but would have to say mexican is my fave. Going to have some tonight too!! :-)
