Traveling this summer??

I do not have any plans for a cool vacation this summer. The farthest that I am going away from home is about a 1 and a half hour drive to visit family. I have done that once already and I will probably go up again in a few weeks.

My family and I are going to Cedar Point, Ohio. We are going to go to the amusement park and water park that are there. I heard that the rides are huge and that the water park is fantastic. And then we are going to British Columbia, Canada. This is a long way from home, but we are going to go hiking and canoing. We are also going on an overnight camping trip while we are there. We are going to have a busy summer :).

My baby son and I have just returned home from a cool vacation. We flew to Riga, the capital city of Latvia. During our two week holiday we spent time there, in the countryside, by the beach, and in the neighboring countries capital cities. These were Vilnius in Lithuania and Tallinn in Estonia. The weather was sunny some of the time and a bit rainy. We had a wonderful time outside the busy tourist season. I really love to travel and have many countries on my wish list, some nearby like Egypt and others far away like the Philippines.
