How many time U take tea/coffee in a day.

Actually i don't like tea at all.I take coffee sometimes but i don't take it regularly.Because i think that taking tea many times in a day is a very bad habit and once you are entered in this habit then it is difficult to get out of it and then you become addicted to it.

Hello,jyoti! From morning to dinnertime usually i drink four cups of Black tea added with ginger,bay leaf and black pepper and in addition to that i drink two cups of coffee,once in morning hours and the second time in the evening.thanx.
