So, it is Saturday night here in UK, 8.37pm as I write this. My kids are all squeeky clean and tucked up in bed and I am sitting here now relaxing and talking to youLOt while enjoying a glass (or four) of wine and eating a chinese. Life feels good right at this minute in time!
I have not had a drink since I went out a few months ago and so this wine is heaven, although I have to watch how I drink or else I will end up squiffy. For my food I am eating a mixed sweet and sour crispy balls and it is lovely. Funny to think how I take pleasure in this now when 12 years ago I would have been crying if I had to stay in on a Saturday night!
Q1) So what is your idea of a perfect night in?
Q2) What are your Saturday night plans?
And finally, whatever you do have a good night and take care!!

Well, if me mates are round, Most likely it's us infront of the telly VideoGames :D, if I'm alone it's laptop or wandering around aimlessely thinking about what to do and what not to do. So that's basically what I do. Before it used to be alot of MMORPGS

Massie Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game
In this case it was Runescape a well known MMORPG game which I quit has it was quite adicttive, I'm thinking of getting a NDS (Nintendo DS (Dual Screen (Two Screens)) due to the fact I got a PSP(Playstation Portable) at the time when they both came out and the games are rubbish for the PSP, DS has alot more fun games which I feel that I would enjoy more for bus journey, going to Nan's house etc. Plus they have gone down in price quite a bit :D

It is now Sunday here in the U.S. but my Saturday was nothing but mainly work. We worked all night and day. I got a few hours of sleep and am right back at it again. We are going to take three days off now though. We have been working seven days per week for about a year. I will still come online every now and then though. I'm not sure if I will be at Mylot much though. I will see you again soon.

I will be sad not to see you around so much, you are a hard worker but you must try and take some time to chill out and enjoy life too! Take care xxx

Glad to hear you had a nice peaceful night in with some yummy food.
Hmmm - A perfect night in for me, depends on my mood on that night. If I feel like a relaxing night. My perfect night would be a night where I have the kids sleeping peacefully in their bed, I have pizza, my partner, and some good movies to watch. Kick back, put my feet up and cuddle up with my partner while watching a good movie.
IF I am in the mood for a party, my perfect night in would be to have my closest friends around for a few drinks. Get out the sing star to start the night off, have some laughs. Then have a barby cooking, have some more drinks, chat, chat, chat, laugh, lol. After dinner, we get out the poker and challenge each other.

I love a good old night in where all the family are together either watching tv, a film or playing games! ~A couple of drinks for me and pizza and lots of little snacks are good! I won't get that for a while since Niall is off to his Dads but I am sure we will have one when he gets back! Last night me, my other half and Niamh all lay on my bed watching Dr Who and that was good too! Hugs xxx

As I'm a parent of two teens, daughter 14 and son now 17 I rarely get any rest.
as they fight a lot. I'm in bed by 8 or 9 pm every night. I get up very early 4:30am. they go too bed at 9 pm school nights and 10pm. during the summer
Last time I was in Heaven was our 20th wedding anaversary. wife and I went to Hawaii for a week without kids. our baby sitter offered to watch free of charge. it was very relaxing.

I envy the fact that you can get your kids to bed by 8:30. Our 2 year old won't go to bed until 10 pm now at the earliest. Yesterday it was 11, and he only took a one hor nap during the day. If I could simply sit tonight and watch a movie I would be perfectly happy, however there is no chance of that unless I want to stay up until 3 in the morning. Oh well, I wouldn't trade the little buggers for anything.
