There is no such thing as sinless. You sin when you know not. Sin is not only killing, hating, coveting etc. Read your bible and you will understand what contrued sin. Pray daily and this will help you. The bible say that one should pray without ceasing. This does not mean all day but always try and say a word of prayer. All the best.
