How does this actually work?

I have read the info about this, but how does the actual transferring the money to the account work?
And do you have to post a certain amount of times to begin making money?

You make money here every time you post a discussion or reply to someone elses discussion. They update the earnings every day, so they don't just show up immediately. Your best bet is to just have fun here posting discussions and answering to others and the earnings will come sooner than you realize

I was thinking you had to post a certain amount of time, just wanted to make sure.
(But how does the transferring the money from here to a PayPal account work?)

You need a paypal account(which you can register for at http://www.paypal.com) i think you get $0.01 per post and extra for referrals not 100% accurate, the site pays out when you reach your limit which can be set on Customize your profile under and then payment options (you can also put your paypal details in here)
The smallest payout you can have is $10 (you can also set it at £25, $50 and $100) the site will pay you the money once you have earned your minimum payout here to your paypal account, The transaction may take a while.
