frustrated about baby furniture

i am in desperate need of a crib and highchair for my 5 1/2 month son and have had no luck getting them. I have tried thrift stores, church groups, yard sales, flea markets and asked around but no luck. In the stores they cost alot of money that i don't have. I am just so frustrated I could scream.

You could go to the yahoo groups section and see if there are any Freecycle or barter/cheap groups. What I found works best is to enter your town name in the search box (or county if you're in a rural area but you may want to try) both. You'll probably have to sift through some other groups that are totally unrelated but that's the easiest way to find all of the groups in your area that give away, sell, or trade items.
