is it better to work on a government company or organization or on a private one

Are you working on a private company? or on a government organization, agency or company? where do you think is better to work on? Here in the Philippines,teachers in the government schools have their salaries plus other benefits from the government. I do not know what are those benefits but i heard from my teacher they are too many, which makes working in the government better than in private schools. how about in your place?

Here the private schools can't match public schools' pay or benefits unless you're a superstar they're hiring for prestige. It's also really hard to fire anyone who's been with them for more than a few years. Other than teaching, government jobs are more secure, by far, than private companies. By the time you've been there several years, though, and if you're ggod enough to earn promotions, etc. Good luck!
