Don't be shy! But why I can't do it!

I am shy to express my views in the fronts of everybody . Although I know it's nothing,nobody would laugh at me, I cann't make up my minds to talk with people. I think my opinions are not worth listening.Once I hope that I would not be that after I grow older.But in fact I didn't do it. I wish one day my character would transform.
I hope you can help me and give my much important information! Thanks!

I used top be shy too and then I came up with a sense of humor to cover it. Be funny and people will like you more and be more relaxed too! It would be easy for me to float from one coversation to another with a beat. I find it very easy now, even though I am older and wiser, to use my confidence and humor to create the same result. Try that and let me know if it works for you!
