College

My last job was in the front office of a children's mental hospital. I'm glad people such as you have a desire to help.

That sounds like a great job; I guess it's very heavy mentally because there are real heavy cases in there, but the reward of knowing you are doing something really good for these kids and society is even greater :) Thanks for the compliment and have a great day.

I got my GED,so I have to go to community college before I can go to a regular university.I had taken some classes in the "General Studies" curriculum at the community college.At the time I had 1 baby and my mother was babysitting for me while I was in classes.My mother had to have surgeory and I could find no one else that I could trust to watch my son.I called the college to drop and they said it was too late and that my grant was already paid for by the group.Therefore it showed that I passed the first quarter,but flunked the second.So,I could not get a grant for that again.A few years later a friend paid for a few classes.But,I never got to finish because I couldn't afford it.I wanted to go to the university and get a degree in elementary education.I teach my daughter at home,so I no longer need a degree in education.I have dambled in and am considering going back to do some home correspondence courses.Maybe you can do that or back to college.
