How can I install microsoft office on my windows xp service pack 2????????

I recently put a new hard drive on my computer and I have installed the windows xp service pack 2 on it. Every thing went well except for the microsoft office. I really need to use the microsoft words but it won't open. Isn't there a site were I can go to download a software or something???? Please help I really need to write something and I need the microsoft words to do it.

How come? I have installed Microsoft Office for many times, but only several times had to face difficulties. They were because of the error CD. I have no idea about how to overcome your problem. If only you were here. Good luck, Skatemate.

If you go to the Microsoft Windows update site there is normally an update for microsoft software. Perhaps your microsoft office pack is not compatible with Windows service pack 2. Another thing could be your system specifications! Does your system meet the minimum system requirements of microsoft office? Andrew
