Does anyone out there in mylot world only respond and never start a discussion?

i do both. at first, i was only responding but now i am starting. whenever an idea crosses my mind, i try to transform that into a discussion.

I was like that till now,answering discussions and never starting one myself. Only today I started out like a novice, asking help from people like you, who seem to be in no difficulty in posting new discussions all the time. I simply feel that I cannot start a discussion and I will fail if I start one. Ok I am putting my leg out and let me see if I get tripped. Let me see what happens to the one I have started now..

I do try to do both but I think I make more money or at least boost my rating higher just responding. I will make discussions whenever I can come up with a good idea.

I don't know if there are any active member here in mylot who never start a discussion, but i guess majority has at least one discussion started on their own. Starting your own discussion boost your earning, thus need give comment to reponses as giving consideration for those who replied.

I answer more discussions. Number of discussions started by me are not much.It is not because I don't have topics. It is largely due to little response I get for my discussions.

Well, I have been doing both. If I can think of something to come up with then I run with it. On the other hand when I see something interesting I comment on it as well. This place is addictive.

I have started a few discussions but have had some trouble with the search feature not working correctly. The last few times I have started a discussion after searching for an existing thread other nearly identical discussions show up. I have been spending more time just replying becuase it is hard to come up with new threads.

i try to do both that is so true it is hard to come up with a topic and sometimes when one do run across your mind someone already started a discussion. lol

I have only started 6 in the 3 weeks I have been here. When my discussions didn't get many replies I just figured I would respond to others.
