Does anyone else here design their own clothes?

I am interested in fashion design. I have made some drawings of clothing that I think is pretty cool but I haven't actually made any yet. I would like to eventually get some made and maybe down the road have a full clothing line. Has anyone else had the same dream or actually done this and can give me some advice?

yup i design my clothes.. just buy a pair of cheap jeans rip a small hole, then draw some tribal all over.. YEAH

I think I could design really cool tshirts for a fishing or specific beach line. Other than designing, I'm not sure if I have enough tenacity to go thru all the steps of having them printed and marketed. I would think that is the hard part of the business.

I was forced by nature to start designing my own clothes. I am a bit large on top but I have a small waist and hips, so I started remaking store bought patterns to the measurements I needed. From there it was a logical step to just start designing my own patterns.
