Referrals? How do you get them?

I've started some of these sites most of them want referrals to actually make anything. Not sure if I'm doing to much or to little. Does anyone have any advice as to how to get some referrals to sites that pay? I found some that actually pay out and it almost seems hardly anyone is interested. Maybe I'm way behind and Everyone else is making more? Just curious here. I you have any advice. Let me know. Dan

I find this the most difficult undertaking on line-most referrals I get never ork as hard as they should-but mylot is the best place to get refferals, email marketting is also another way-friends and family members can also make referrals.
