Do you prefer Living in a condo or a house?

I prefer living in a house because I felt that my kids can be noisy and the other neighboring house wiil not really hear it... lolz... My boyfriend and his cousins used to live in a condo, whenver we go there, i feel that the next condo room can hear what we are talking about hhahaha... just a feeling.

I definitely would prefer living in a house. It just seems safer to me.

Hello dear xushanna. I prefer a house though I have only an apartment of my own for my three-people family. Still I think that a house is a much better one as it does leave us more space for activities like growing some plants like fruit trees and vegetables and also having some small pet dogs and so on. Personally, it depends largely on circumstances and the price of each type of housing in Singapore. For us here, a condo or a high rise private apartment is cheaper than living in a house. that is because land is very scarce in singapore and landed property to build just one house (instead of many apartments vertically on one piece of land) costs much more. Whilst most people love having a house so that they can have their own little garden adn perhaps more privacy, the reality is that most of us can only afford to live in high rise apartments. in some ways it is also good cos we are closer to our neighbours and can have a greater feeling of community.

i prefer living in a house. it give me move privacy. a nice small house with front yard and backyard, some trees in here and there, well, that's a nice place to live.

We are living in a house now and i think its better to live here because theres alot of space.We hae lawns and gardens too.We also have condo but we have it rented out.I also like there but the place is limited.We can't plant there which we love doing.
