Does anyone remember the old arcade game Bubble Bobble? I was playing it recently on an arcade game emulator. It's an awesome game. Basically, you play the part of a bubble dragon and you have to kill all of the enemies to get to the next level. You kill them by shooting a bubble at them, which traps them in the bubble and then popping the bubble. It also has one of the things which seems to lack in most modern games: multiplayer co-op play.
So, what do you think?
Bonus question: have you played any other good oldschool arcade games recently?

The game Bubble Bobble does sound really familiar and I do think that I might have played it many many years ago,but it does sound like a really awesome game, especially since you play as a bubble dragon, and you kill your enemies by shooting bubbles at them to trap them, and then popping the bubbles, and yeah there are very few games nowadays that have co-op play but the ones that are do are really awesome, and no I have not played any old school arcade games recently.

Yeah it does sound like a cooler way to kill then to just shoot them bubbles and watch them pop, because that is so overdone, and yeah multiplayer co-op does make things more interesting, and you are very welcome for the response,I was more than happy to respond to you, and I hope that if I respond to peoples discussions they will respond to mine, have a great day, good luck in your life, and Happy Posting.

Own and have on an NES. It seems like a good game. Can't remember what level I'm on. Thank god for passwords. To answer your bonus question, yes I have played some good old school games lately. Most recently, I was playing Super C (sequel to Contra) on a Wii. I'm not that good at it. I'm still trying to beat the third level. Oh, and I was also playing R-Type, Gradius and Gradius III on a Wii.
