Pay2Surf.NET - scam???

Hi! Are there anybody who received payment from this PTC? Some people sad that it's scam... some - that they been paid... In PTC scam list there aren't this site... so please response Sorry for my bad english Have a nice day and happy MyLoting

i do hope it's not a scam coz i just joined Pay2Surf last week! right now I have $5.04... :)
