Why is Tim hortons so famous ?

No, I don't think Tim Hortons' prices are cheaper compared to others (e.x., Starbucks). I think their prices are quite similar one into another. It is famous because Tim Hortons can differentiate its products compared to its competitors. That's why Tim Horton can penetrate the market and build its own market share. By the way, is Tim Horton available in your country (India)? If yes, I never knew that they had their stores there.

I am not sure what makes them so famous. i used to really like their coffee, but now I find it tastes strong, bitter, and burnt. I much prefer the coffee that I get at the Second Cup. I still really like Tim Horton's donuts though. I love their donuts, as a matter of fact.
