I would have to say that the best place to find a job is craigslist. Also in my opinion it's much easier to navigate than other site. And YES I have gotten a job from Craigslist myself.

It takes time for an interview schedule to be given to you. As for jobsdb, I find them very professional. They interview the applicants first before sending them over to employers. they're also very active when it comes to activities such as job fairs and their updates are constant. They are also very friendly when you meet them. Got my first job and I was hired by one of the top companies in my industry.

I have uses hotjobs in the past. Here in michigan we got a job search engine www.michiganworks.com. So I have been using that. But, normaly I go on the company website and fill out job apps and see if they are hiring.
