Has anyone out there dealt with anxiety and Panic?
Has anyone experienced numbness of hands or feet related to anxiety?

Panic attacks will cause you to hyperventilate or hypoventilate. that's why you'll start to feel numb, have pins and needles sensations, feeling of being weak, difficulty breathing, your nails and lips turn blue. It's because when you panic your breathing becomes erratic and you can either have too much oxygen or too little oxygen in your body.
This has happened to me at times ever since I suffered from vertigo last 2003, it never went away and every following year a new symptom adds up. My neuro fears that I might be suffering from MS or Parkinson's my symptoms are very much alike the symptoms of these disease. Panic attack may not be panic attacks at all but a symptom of an underlying problem. It might only be psychological or it may be neurological a more serious problem.
When you have a panic attack, don't think about it. I know it's hard but that's all you can do. Just sit back. Don't lie down!!!

I do. I get numbness of my hand that really creeps me out. Perhaps you answered my question...Maybe my numbness is related to panic and anxiety. It would make sense.

I have a lot of anxiety. And sometimes I do experience numbness in my hands, if I am carrying something it will completely drop out of my hands and I have no way to stop it. And I also get very bad pains in my stomach from my ulcers which the doctor said is from stress.
