Odd place for a zit ?

Ok so as a teenager I didn't break out much, even in my adult years. (not that I am really old or anything)
I recently had a baby and with the entire pregnancy and even now I have had acne problems. It's not really that bad because I am trying to get it to clear up. But the weirdest thing is happening. I am getting zits behind my ears, my left ear to be specific. Have any of you had this problem ? Is it weird or perfectly normal ? ?

I never got acne as a teen but after three kids I now get acne. The body is weird. I use proactive. It really does work. Go to there site and check it out. It is about $20. My teens also use it. I have not found anything else that works as good. @DSchwarten (132)

I have heard great things about proactive. I really need to let up off the money and just order it.
