Jesus when talked to Nicodemus assured him that one must be born again. Not of he flesh but of the spirit. He established that which comes from the flesh is fles but that which comes from the spirit is spirit. Then He add over both distinctions "do not marvel that I say to you, one must be born anew. I understand by "This Addition" to the argument his explanation of reincarnation with a better spirit. Wold you understand the same?

to me being born again means that at first wehn we born from our mothers womb in the natural but jesus was talking about it from the spiritual standpoint that we must be reborn in him we must become new creatures in him and walk in his spirit his word and his truth and allow him too be god in out lives and allow him too take full control of are lives and allow his spirit the holy spirit to over take us and just allow his spirit too be born in us and allow god too be god in all we say and do and allow our lives too glorify him at all times!!!!!!!!!! and will will live have life eternal if we follow jesus and obey him at all times!!!!!!!!!!

I believe that you are misunderstanding the passage, which in more detail goes like this:
There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him." Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?" Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.'[1] The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit."
– John 3:1-8, NKJV
Many Christian denominations believe that one must be born again, usually through the ritual of Baptism, but there are other ways that this rebirth can be achieved. Most importantly, being born again is about personally accepting Jesus Christ as your personal saviour.

My Bible says the same as yours, "That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that wich is born of the spirit is spiirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, "You must be born again" - John 3:7-8
Right after He explains that it is not material but spiritual (the new birth)look clearly that He adds something marvelous. You must be born again.
Question
Why He adds this comment? As if the let be understood it is "the new birth" both spiritual and material.
That is what the scripture let us interpret. It was written in that way and makes way to my interpretation.

Being born again is accepting and declaring the Jesus is Lord and Savior. If you accept it with all your heart, mind, and being then you're done with the first step. Baptism will follow after cos it's a public declaration of your Faith. Being born again is to die to old self and born to new self.
