Beginner Guitar player NEED help!!!

well for what i know if you like country songs you should learn some of the basic chords like c, f, g, a miner and so on. after you know how to chage form chord to chord without stopping try a few of the chords together struming down in common timming or up and down. for example if you were to play a slow song you would strum down and count like this.. 1,2,3,4. if you were to play a fast song you would probly cound like this.. 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 then so on, basicly you are strumming twice in one count. i hope this helped you, sorry if this is confusing because i dont realy know how to explain it anyway i tried.^^
