For Women Only: Hormones and Mood Swings

I know that for me, the day before my cycle starts, I can be a little moody. At the end of the day, I will be like, I wonder what made me act like that? The next day, I get my answer when it starts. My cycle rarely ever starts on the same day in a two month period, so I am usually surprised at how I react. Do you have mood swings that you feel are a symptom of your hormones changing?

Hey girlfriend how are you. I just got done writing to Mylot again about not getting notifications when you start a discussion. I just started too, so I made sure I said it with proper attitude. I don't usually have too many troubles with mood swings. Occasionally I might get extra sensitive and have my feelings easily hurt. Other then that I don't have much problems, I am also very regular. Take care, lets keep our fingers crossed that mylot solves our problem.

Thank you so much for contacting them again. I sincerely hope that there is something that they can do to fix the problem. I do not have nearly as many mood swings as I did in my early twenties. Now my oldest nieces are in their early twenties and they can get pretty moody. I also have a twenty year old roommate who has been known to snap at me a time or two. I have to keep reminding myself that she is only twenty.
