We all should wear sunscreen every single day. As well as being bad for our skin, excessive sun exposure is dangerous for our health. In saying that, it is important to get a little bit of sun daily for vitamin D but obviously too much is bad for us.
I find that normal unscreen is too greasy for areas like my face so I use non-greasy sunscreen for my face and normal sunscreen for my arms and legs etc.
So do you wear sunscreen every day? How often are you in the sun?

I used to wear sunscreen but not now. The reason is that no matter what I choose greasy or non greasy I always end up looking like a mirror(shiny) which I don't like it. Inspite of knowing it is good to use sunscreen before going out in the sun, I don''t use it anymore.

yeah that's the problem I have. Everythign goes so oily and shiny on my face. I am still searching for a non greasy sunscreen.
I have been asking on a few beauty forums and have written down the names of a couple of sunscreens they've recommended but there's no way I'll purchase anything until I've tested it out.

No, I don't use sunscreen everyday. I only use it when I go for swimming only... for skin protection. Umbrella is fine with me, I can go out using the umbrella as weapon against sun. Too much exposure keep my skin more brown so most of the time i prefer indoors to avoid to much exposure.

I really do not spend a lot of time in the sun, I am going to guess less then 2 hours a week. That would be morning sun on the way into work ...a short morning walk and then evening sun on the way home. Usually running out to the car or to a store.
My exposure is limited.

Hey, i don't wear at all, every morning it takes me 10 minutes to get the office and i won't go home until 5:30PM. The sunscreen i bought is very greasy, that's why i don't use it much. I'm planning to buy a non-greasy or less greasy one.
Enjoy life

I apply sunscreen onto my face every morning. I work from 8:00am-5:30pm avday in office. The only time I am exposed to the sun would during the lunch time. The sunscreen that I apply has SPF30+, but I think it wear off when I am out buying lunch! ;p

When I am at home in Oontario I don't usually wear sunscreen. Sunglasses and a hat yes, but I don't usually wear sunscreen. When I'm in Arizona, on the other hand, I wear lots of sunscreen. The sun down there is absolutely unbelieveable, and one can easily burn in 5 minutes.

Well I dont wear sunscreen never really have. If im gonna be outside all day ill put a little on my face but thats it. The sun and me seem to have an agreement I will be its friend if it dont burn me lol. I know they say suns bad for you but I love to be tan and it seems safer then a tanning bed. Now I dont do the all day bake in the sun just a little each day.

I actually never wear sunscreen because I don't burn.
I've actually been trying to get out in the sun more, because a year back I spent the entire year inside..._ and last year I was trying to get out more, but didn't get out enough to regain my skin pigment (which is usually olive-ish).
This year I've been out enough that I'm beginning to look like my old self again, and less pale.
For the most part, I figure that...since people used to be outside practically all the time before technology existed and therefore before anyone ever even thought of sunscreen...then I should be fine.
I know to get out of the sun when it's super hot or when the sun's particularly harsh, because...being the forgettful one as I often am, I forget to drink enough and could get sunstroke if I'm not careful.
_ but I refuse to let it make me fearful of the sun.
I'll have to get back to you in a few years to say whether or not I get skin cancer, huh? *laughs*

actually i dont really like sun glasses right from time and i cant really say why i just dislike it. excessive sun is dangerous to our health i accept. if there is too much sun i prefer a cap rather than sun glasses.

I always apply lotion on my skin everyday even if I'm just in the house. I have Papaya Extract with sunscreen. I've been using this for years and I'm used to it, my skin likes it and unlike others that I've tried, they're oily and warm on my skin once I'm under the heat of the sun.

I don't wear sunscreen for the first 15 minutes when I'm in the sun because vitamine D3 comes from the sun and that is what you need to fight cancer. After 15 minutes I do put on sunscreen as long as it doesn't have bad chemicles in it.

I'm hardly in the sun, so I dont wear sunscreen every day. I only wear it when I go swimming, camping, hiking, etc. I also dont like wearing it cuz though it protects u from the sun, it's not very good for your skin and it causes acne. Aveeno has a sunscreen lotion that isnt very greasy, so sometimes I like to wear that for when I need sunscreen on my face.

I've got the same 2 bottles of sunblock/sunscreen that I bought over 10 yrs ago being where we live now is mostly shade. Maybe one or 2 times a year I will apply sunblock if I'm swimming in a lake. Even our pool is mostly in shade.

No I am bad about not wearing sun screen. I am getting such a great tan for being out in the back yard pool and working in the yard. I need to put sun screen on I just do not think about it.

I wear sunscreen...every day. I have seen too many of my friends get skin cancer and I don't want that to be me. New products are making it so easy...face moisturizers with sunscreen and even my body moisturizer has some in it (Curel). Of course when I'm going to be exposed or at the beach I put on a good SPF at least 30 minutes before I'm out in the sun but I live in a hot climate and I am fair skinned so it is a must and even with an SPF of 50 I have a tan. I wish I would have started earlier with these habits and hope I am passing good ones onto my kids. Your hands start to show aging first ladies, so it's good to put sunscreen on them every day and reapply several times so I keep it next to my bathroom sinks, in my purse, my car - I pretty much have sunscreen everywhere so we have no excuses around here.
