I want you pay me according to my job performance letter.

Try to relax, most importantly. Then, take a deep breath when they ask you a question (to help get your mind focused) and answer the question so that they know you are knowledgeable of the subject. But don't rattle on and on, try to keep your answers short. When the interview is over, thank them for taking the time to interview you. This will make them feel like you really want a job and are happy to be interviewed
