do you think we need to replace real guns with stun guns?

a lot of us has seen real guns and i bet all of us know how it looks and what it can do to people. we use them for protection - self defense, gun is a good weapon that can be trusted in times of need but gun when landed into the wrong hands can be fatal - it kills. that makes me thinking is gun really a good weapon for protection or is it a weapon for destruction. there are a lot of people who have guns and they use them to kill life after life of their enemies and even civilians who has nothing to do with their war. in my opinion, i think the government should restrict gun use and just let the authorities to have it for the people's welfare. we - ordinary citizens should instead use a stun gun if we want to carry one for self-defense. a stun-gun is a good weapon for self-defense too but it is never fatal and it can't take life. what do you think guys?
