Is it because we are all too lazy or do we have difficulties with our will power. Or is it that we subconciously like being overweight. No that can't be it, even though it has been said that the reason we fail all attempts at losing weight is because as human beings we tend to believe that we must starve ourselves from the foods we like in order to achieve our goals. That is not true in fact in most medical journals it says that in order to lose we must eat every 4 hours the best meal being breakfast. I for one have chosen a transdermal patch that has natural ingredients that helps supress appetite and increase energy I used to weigh 225 pounds and now i am at 166 not my ideal weight yet but nearly at my goal. I have to admit it was a challenge to lose weight in the past but i finally found something that works. If you would like to try it go to: http://www.applepatchdiet.com/jd4296 and see for yourself. I would appreciate all comments.
